The ’08 Waroo is my favorite kite simply because it
works for the rider straight out of the bag. If you had your eyes closed
and someone took your C-kite away and handed you an ’08 Waroo, you
wouldn’t even notice you were flying a flat kite. It unhooks and never
drops back on itself, it doesn’t give you that “dead moment” during a kite
loop as it starts to climb back up and it is pretty much indestructible,
which is great for land and snow in particular.
