2nd Annual Free Fly. The event is scheduled for February 21-23 on
South Padre Island Texas.

SPI Kiteboarding is bringing together the South
Texas Kiteboarding community, industry manufacturers and Pro Riders
to promote the sport. The event will include clinics for beginners
and woman, lessons and rumors of a pro
competition/exhibition.
