The Video
We just received the new Slingshot Team Video yesterday hot off the FedEx truck. Straight into the DVD player with sound pumping from the speakers, we were excited to see this new Tronolone video featuring all of Slingshot International team riders. Shot in 11 locations around the world, this video features some of the best riding seen anywhere, live or on video. There simply are NO BASIC MANEUVERS on the entire tape. Everything is to blind, handlepass, kite loop or a combination of all three ! Add a killer soundtrack, and 5 of the funniest “Jackass” style pranks you've ever witnessed and you have an entertaining 30 minutes state of the art riding and lifestyle. This video will make you next session a “try every maneuver” session b/c you simply won't want to do your old tricks again after witnessing what can be done next year !

The Highlights
The three best things about this video are the riding level, individual riders segments, and the demonstration of the new leash system developed this year actually in action being deployed. When you see Jeff Tobias throw a toeside to toeside mobe, lose the bar, and then simply pull it back to him and plane away, you'll be convinced that this new leash system is THE WAY to ride. The level of riding in this film is nothing short of the highest and most consistently high ever in a full length video. There are no standard maneuvers in this vid. Everything is a technical level of 10 or close to a 10. Whether it be surfing giant waves at Cape Verde, or throwing double handle passes in the Gorge, the riding in this video will totally impress you no matter what your riding ability is. The way Tronolone broke up the riding into rider segments each with their own song works well and highlights each of the riders styles and personalities. Parental Warning : Hey, a lot of our clients have kids, so you may want to give this flick a once through before passing it on to the young ones. Nothing totally out of control, but some of the Jack Ass style jokes could be considered offensive to conservative parents looking to bring up their kids in a quiet, reserved environment. For the above 21 audience, you'll be rolling on the floor when Jeff Tobias throws an M80 into a refrigerator, holds it closed, and blows everything up inside !
